你好，糖尿病典型症状；糖尿病典型症状是“三多一少”综合症，即多饮、多食、多尿和体重减轻，这四种主要症状。在各种不同类型糖尿病中出现的顺序、时间可能有所不同，但在整个发病过程中随时可能出现。多尿：患者血糖增高，超过肾糖阈，糖从尿中排出，糖有利尿作用，随糖排出大量液体引起多尿。排尿次数一天有10-20多次，部分老年患者伴有尿急，每次排尿的尿量增多，尿的泡沫多，尿渍呈白色，发黏。多饮：由于多尿，体内丢失大量液体引起口渴，病人就会多饮。表现为口渴、心烦、饮水量以及饮水次数明显增加。多食：由于大量葡萄糖从尿中丢失，体内处于亏损状态，引起饥饿感，病人就会多食。表现为易饥饿、饭量增加、进食后没有满足感。消瘦或体重下降：但有些糖尿病患者的体重下降不明显，甚至在早期表现为肥胖，不易引起注意。

妊娠合并糖尿病包括糖尿病患者妊娠(即糖尿病合并妊娠)，以及妊娠期糖尿病。妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM)是妊娠期间发现或发病的由不同程度糖耐量异常及糖尿病引起的不同程度的高血糖。根据其定义，该类糖尿病包括妊娠前即已存在但妊娠期间才诊断的和随着妊娠期而发生的2类，同时它既包括糖尿病，又包括糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance，IGT)和空腹血糖不良(impaired fasting glucose，IFG)。妊娠糖尿病系高危妊娠，它严重危害母儿的健康。在胰岛素问世之前母体死亡率27～30%，胎儿围产期死亡率>40%。胰岛素问世后尤其围产医学开展以来，围产死亡率已明显下降。
